Q: How long will the battery power my machine?

Q: How long will it take to get my battery pack?
A: If in stock it will ship out the next business day, your delivery times are:
- GROUND: 3 – 12 business days (estimated)
- 2 DAY: 2 business days (e.g. Ordered Monday, ships out Tuesday, delivered Thursday)
- OVERNIGHT: 1 business day (e.g. Ordered Monday, ships out Tuesday, delivered Wednesday)

Q: Are these CPAP Battery Packs safe for travel?
A: Yes, these cpap battery packs are safe for travel on any airline, domestic and international. The battery fits all of the Department of Transportation regulations which are batteries must be under 300 watt hours or 25g Equivalent Lithium Content (ELC). The specifications on our battery are: 12 volt output, 14.7 volt input, and 7.8 amp hour. For traveling purposes those specs convert to 115 watt hours or 9.7 ELC, well under the requirements. So rest assured if you are traveling you will be able to take the battery on the airline separate from your carry on.
Q: How does this battery compare to others?
A: Our battery is a 7.8 Amp Hour while some of our competitors are at 6.6 or less. That means our battery will last longer and take less time to recharge. Also, this battery is the least expensive battery pack on the market.
Q: How are you able to offer such a low cost CPAP battery pack?
A: First, we do not believe that people with a CPAP machine should have to spend a fortune on any supplies, especially a CPAP battery pack. We are not in business to charge people the most money possible. We believe that if you make a minimal profit and just offer a great product for less than any other CPAP battery, we will all be better off.
Q: Does this battery pack come with everything I need for my CPAP?
A: Yes, the battery pack comes with everything you need to charge the battery, connect to your CPAP machine, and store the battery safely. All you have to do is determine which battery pack is compatible with your CPAP machine and leave the rest to us.
Q: Help! I lost my instructions that came with the battery pack.
A: That’s not a problem. Here is a link to the PDF version of the instructions. You can right click and download the instructions to your computer so you never have to worry about misplacing them. We also provide the instructions for each DC cord.

Q: Do I need a Pure Sine Wave Inverter for my cpap battery pack?
A: No, the travel cpap battery will not work with a pure sine wave inverter. You only need the DC-12 cable.
Q: Can I charge the battery in my car?
A: Yes, you can charge the CPAP battery in your car with the use of an inverter that has at least 150W of continuous output. We do not recommend charging the battery directly through the cigarette lighter receptacle because it can cause damage to your car battery and/or the CPAP battery.
Q: Can I use my heated humidifier with this travel cpap battery pack?
A: Yes, you can still use your humidifier with the cpap battery, but keep in mind that it will drain the battery a lot faster and therefore may only allow you 1 nights sleep before having to re-charge it.
Q: How long will it take me to charge my CPAP battery pack?
A: On average it takes 5 hours to fully charge your cpap portable battery pack
Q: How many uses will I get out of my battery:
A: Between 400-500 charges
Q: Will the cpap battery pack work with other devices that will plug into it?
A: Do not plug any other device into your cpap battery pack, the purpose is for cpap machines only. Any use of another device other than a cpap machine may cause damage to the battery
Q: Do I have to worry about overcharging my cpap battery pack?
A: No, the circuitry is designed to not allow for over charging or under charging of your portable cpap battery
Q: When will my battery pack ship?
A: If in stock, your battery pack will ship out from the warehouse the next business day
Q: What is your return policy?
A: CPAP Battery, Inc. will accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of the original ship date. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to manufacturer defects. Please contact CPAP Battery, Inc. before sending a return to obtain a return materials authorization (RMA). Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once returned products are received at our warehouse, they will be examined and tested. If a return is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue credit for the purchase amount plus any applicable sales tax less a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to the same account used for purchases. Please allow two weeks from the receipt of your return for the credit to appear on your account. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for the credit to appear.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Yes, we extend a six month manufacturer’s warranty to our customers from the original purchase date. In the event that there is a manufacturer’s defect, please contact one of our customer care representatives. If we are not able to troubleshoot the issue, we will repair or exchange the defective product.
Q: Can I use the travel cpap battery pack as soon as I get it?
A: All cpap battery packs are shipped with a small charge so you should fully charge it first (the green light will appear on the charger when it’s fully charged). Then continue normal use.
